Most of my Asian friends would talk to their children in Chinese during dinners. It wasn’t easy at first when the children were still young. Because they had been speaking only English all day at school.

But once they get used to it, they become much more interested in Chinese as time goes by. Now when they are teenagers, they have no problem going shopping or ordering food at restaurants in Chinese by themselves.

And about the initials on my profile name, thanks for mentioning it. Because I wasn’t aware of the issue before. Now that I’ve adjusted it a bit, I hope it can help future communication.
